Rental Agreement - Sky High Scaffolding


‍If equipment is destroyed or unable to be returned to Sky High Scaffolding, I am responsible to Sky High Scaffolding for the value of the rented equipment. Sky High Scaffolding should be listed as a loss payee for the value of equipment. I have been given installation instructions and directions on proper usage of the rented equipment.

I understand that the use of rented scaffolding equipment is at my own risk.I must use all appropriate safety precautions, including OSHA standards, when using scaffolding equipment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, renter of equipment shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sky High Scaffolding LLC, its affiliates, its officers and employees from and against any and all claims, liability, actions, causes of actions, complaints, costs, expenses (including prejudgment interest) and demands whatsoever, in law and in equity, including without limitation those for bodily injury, personal injury, sickness, disease, death or property damage, arising out of use of rented equipment.

Sky High Scaffolding must be listed as Additional Insurance on the renter’s general liability policy. Sky High Scaffolding disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied. I am responsible for scaffolding equipment damages, beyond normal wear. It is my responsibility to view and understand the instructional videos and safety guidelines that are presented on the getscaffolding.com web site.

Full or partial payment of this invoice indicates approval of all agreement terms.
